'KitchenForth started with a vision: to bring true Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture, initiated by the Bianchi family in 1985, began as a humble, family-managed locale with time-honored recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our establishment, honed her pizza-making skills through her Italian expeditions, gaining insights from seasoned pizza artisans in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her goal was to recreate the essence of classic Italian pizza using age-proven techniques and the best ingredients available.
From its inception as a quaint 12-seat eatery to becoming a cherished community fixture, our devotion to excellence and authenticity remains intact. We persist in employing wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough daily from scratch, and procuring top-notch ingredients.
Currently, 'KitchenForth' is still in the hands of its founding family, with the younger Bianchi generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While we have adopted new advancements, our core mission endures: to produce delectable, genuine pizza that unites families and friends.
