Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at KitchenForth. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website at kitchenforth.sbs.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We also do not accept returns for perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
